1. General Return Policy
As a fully compliant digital pharmacy, XanaxOnline adheres strictly to federal laws and FDA regulations regarding the handling of prescription medications. By law, we cannot accept returns of prescription products once they have been dispensed and have left our fulfillment facility.
Even if the medication remains unopened in its original packaging, we are legally prohibited from restocking or reselling returned prescription drugs. Therefore, all sales are final upon dispatch.
2. Order Cancellations
We understand that circumstances change. However, because our logistics team works rapidly to ensure continuous care, there is a strict window for order cancellations:
- Before Dispensing: An order may be canceled for a full refund at any point before the prescription has been verified and processed by our pharmacy staff.
- After Dispensing: Once the medication has been securely packaged and a tracking number has been generated at our New Jersey facility, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
While we utilize rigorous quality control checks prior to shipping, errors or transit damage can occasionally occur. If you experience an issue with your delivery, we will make it right.
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:
- The wrong medication or dosage was dispensed.
- The blister packaging arrived compromised, tampered with, or severely damaged.
Required Action: You must contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the carrier. We will require photographic evidence of the incorrect or damaged product before authorizing a resolution.
4. Lost in Transit
If your package is lost by the carrier and tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive business days, please contact our support team. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will immediately dispatch a replacement order at no additional cost to you. Refunds for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of our logistics management team.
5. Refund Processing
In the event that a refund is authorized (such as a pre-dispatch cancellation or confirmed fulfillment error), the funds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the credit to fully process and appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
