1. Order Processing & Rx Verification
Because XanaxOnline strictly dispenses regulated medications, the shipping timeline does not begin until your prescription has been fully verified. Once your valid prescription is confirmed by our clinical team, your order moves to our Matawan, New Jersey fulfillment center.
Orders are typically processed, packed, and dispatched within 24 hours of successful prescription verification during normal business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We utilize trusted national carriers to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your medication. Delivery timeframes begin from the moment the package leaves our New Jersey facility:
- Standard Domestic Shipping: Typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Express / Overnight Shipping: Typically arrives within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch (available in select ZIP codes).
Please note: Unforeseen carrier delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or federal holidays are outside of our direct control.
3. Discreet Packaging Protocols
Your medical privacy is fiercely protected throughout the entire transit process. We adhere to a strict plain-packaging protocol for all outgoing shipments.
Your medication will arrive in unmarked, weather-proof packaging. There will be no external pharmaceutical logos, medication names, or branding that indicates the contents of the package. Inside, medications remain in their original, factory-sealed blister packs for guaranteed safety and authenticity.
4. Tracking Your Order
Transparency is a core part of our fulfillment process. The moment your order is packed and a shipping label is generated at our facility, you will receive an automated email notification containing your secure tracking link.
You can use this link to monitor your package’s transit progress in real-time. Please allow up to 12 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to update after the initial email is sent.
5. Delivery & Signature Requirements
Due to the classification of the medications we dispense, strict delivery protocols must be followed to ensure the package reaches the intended patient safely.
Depending on your state’s regulations and the selected shipping method, an adult signature may be required at the time of delivery. Packages cannot be left unattended on porches or in unsecured mail rooms if a signature is mandated by the carrier.
